It was incredible to have so many wonderful people in the room who share our goal to help rugby become a sport where women *always* feel valued, supported, safe and respected and who want to get involved in our new venture and help us build our community 🧱

And what a venue!

In the coming months, we’ll be publishing the findings of a major piece of research which explores the experiences of women working in and around the sport 🔬
