Research

We’re thrilled to be working with Leeds Beckett University (LBU) Centre for Social Justice in Sport and Society (CSJ) to launch a major research project to understand the experiences of women working in or who are deeply engaged in rugby.

These findings will inform our offer to our members, and be used to inform rugby stakeholders so that they can better support women in the game.

The research involves a global survey, focus groups, and one-to-one interviews.
